Celebrating People, Building Resilience: Shenzhen Branch Quarterly Gathering

At RS Logistics, we believe that our greatest strength is not just our global network, technology, or carrier partnerships—it is our people. The dedication, creativity, and teamwork of every colleague are what allow us to navigate challenges and pursue opportunities in an ever-changing industry. That is why our Shenzhen branch has made it a tradition to gather each quarter to celebrate something very personal: the birthdays of our teammates. This past season, more than 80 colleagues came together to honour those born in July, August, and September. While the event was anchored in recognition, it was about much more than birthday wishes. It was an afternoon that combined appreciation, team-building activities, and the sharing of stories—moments that remind us why we do what we do, and why we do it together.
