In March 2025, our management team gathered on the island of Bali, Indonesia. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, we engaged in deep discussions about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in global trade.

Strategic Discussions: Navigating a Shifting Market

The logistics landscape remains volatile, shaped by shifting trade patterns, evolving supply chain demands, and constant pressure on margins. Our Bali discussions revolved around how RS Logistics can continue to thrive and lead in this environment. Key topics included:

• Trade Lane Focus: Strengthening our core markets while building new momentum in new regions.
• Innovation & Digitalization: Scaling the adoption of MyRS, our proprietary digital platform, to enhance customer visibility, booking transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer Centricity: Developing tailored solutions in emerging markets, including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, while leveraging our office network for seamless end-to-end service.
• Sustainability: Continuing to partner with carriers that invest in eco-fuels and greener shipping, aligning RS Logistics with the global push toward sustainable supply chains.

The consensus was clear: our ability to adapt, innovate, and collaborate across regions is the key to securing long-term growth.

Introducing the Annual Meeting Golf Tournament

But 2025 also marked the start of something new. Recognizing the passion many of our leaders share for sport, we launched the inaugural Annual Meeting Golf Tournament. Nearly one-third of our management team are golfers, and we saw an opportunity to channel that passion into something that strengthens team spirit.

The tournament was split into two divisions for balanced competition. After a day of both friendly rivalry and serious play:

• 1st Division Champion: Roy Ham, Latin America Trade Manager

• 2nd Division Champion: Barry Lam, President

The tournament created a sense of energy, bonding, and healthy competition that perfectly complemented our strategy sessions. Golf, much like logistics, requires precision, patience, and adaptability — qualities that define RS Logistics as a business.
