RS Logistic Limited (“RSL”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”) offers a platform and software and dedicates to provide general company information, cargo tracking, sailing schedule checking, booking and shipment status checking etc. (collectively, the “Products and Services”) via

(a) The website and mobile optimized versions identified by the uniform resource locator “https://www.rslog.com/zh”. (“Web”);

(b) Mobile applications of RSL, which might be accessible on (etc. “Google play” operated and developed by Google, “App Store” provided by Apple Inc., a US company located at One Apple Park Way; Cupertino, CA 95014, U.S.A.). (“App”)

We understand your right to privacy is of utmost importance to your enjoyment of our Products and Services. We are committed to safeguard and respect your privacy in accordance with the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) stated hereinbelow. This Privacy Policy shall constitute an actual notice of our utilization of your information in offering our Products and Services ("Information"). The data we Collect

RSL may collect personal data and information by different methods, for example, documents that you submit to us, transactions and communications which you interact with us or information that you provide when using the application. Including generic details which does not contain your identity, your use on the Web and App, domain name of your internet, geographic and location data and other information which might from time to time collected through cookies and other tracking technology;

(4) Our interaction with you

A record of interaction and correspondence between you and our staffs shall be maintained including any services provided by us in assistance of your utilization of our website and App through our call centre, online assistance service, in-person interaction with our staffs or representatives and any interactions with us or posts that refer to us on social media.

If you are acting as employee obtaining our products or services under directions of a company, we will, in addition to your providing the abovementioned information, collect information about your employment, including your company name, company formation, relationship with our corporate, such as your employer’s name, your professional title, information regarding other personnel of your company and your work contact information.

(2) To personalize our Products and Services to you

Including to provide the Information to RSL’s staff. We may also tailor our communications to you and tailor what we present to you to better match your preferences and interests;

(3) To administer your account

Including and in particular, verify your identity on logins onto the Web and/or App and/or through on-phone or in person customer assistance, username and/or password reset, creating account’s profile and other identity verification process;

(4) To extend or terminate your enjoyment of our Products and Services

Including sending you business messages such as extension or expiration of subscription, beneficial deals, information about payments;

(5) To provide customer service assistance

Including to provide any customer service assistance you may have asked for either through phone-calls and in-person, to responding questions and managing claims and/or disputes;

Generally, cookies do not provide personal data, this means your Personal Data will not be disclosed and you can refuse using cookies by changing your device setting, however some functions, services and pages may become unavailable. RSL only uses essential cookies that are required for application operations. Cookies will not be used to collect any Personal Data or other information. RSL will not be responsible for any insecurity or disclosure of Personal Data caused by users themselves.

Retention

We retain your personal information as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, including providing the Services to you or as required or permitted by applicable laws, such as tax and accounting laws.

(6) Right to Complaint: You have the right to complain about RSL’s collection and practices with respect to your Personal Data with the government authority of your country or EU Member State, but we would kindly request you to consult us before filing any such compliant to the said authorities We strive to resolve any complaints that are put forward to us and ensure all users’ data protection right are fully complied in accordance with appliable data protection laws.

Right to withdraw consent: Subject to any prior consent given by you on disclosure of certain Personal Data, you reserve the right to withdraw consent at any time.
